Returns Policy

  • Returns are not offered for products delivered in mint condition and as per your order.
  • Returns will be processed only under the following circumstances:

  2. A replacement of the product (if available).

Important Instructions

  • Inspect the package upon delivery and note any damages or discrepancies on the courier’s delivery receipt.
  • Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Resolutions, including exchanges, will be provided at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • For refund 7 to 10 business days are required from the date of receiving your refund request for processing
  • Refunds are not applicable under the following scenarios:
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Refusal to accept delivery by the recipient.

Essential Delivery Checks

  • Before accepting your order, ensure the package is intact and untampered.
  • If damage is apparent, retain all original packaging, including price tags, invoices, and labels.
  • Note the details of any damages on the courier receipt instead of signing it as "received."
  • A video of the damaged product and packaging is mandatory to process damage claims.
