Important Instructions
- Inspect the package upon delivery and note any damages or discrepancies on the courier’s delivery receipt.
- Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Exchange & Refund Policy
- Resolutions, including exchanges, will be provided at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- For refund 7 to 10 business days are required from the date of receiving your refund request for processing
- Refunds are not applicable under the following scenarios:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
- Refusal to accept delivery by the recipient.
