• All orders are processed from our warehouse in BB TWENTY - THREE GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, Sukhdev Vihar Okhla, 259 S/F, 110025 New Delhi Delhi, India.
• Deliveries will be made to the shipping address specified at the time of checkout.
  
• Orders are dispatched within 7–8 business days of confirmation.
• Order delivery takes 3-10 business days.
• For pre-orders, delivery timelines may extend up to 90 days or more due to production and fulfillment schedules.

• Cleaning: After use, allow the glass tea light holder to cool completely before cleaning.
Hand wash with warm, soapy water using a soft cloth or sponge.
Avoid abrasive materials that can scratch the glass.
• Removing Wax Residue: To remove wax buildup, place the holder in the freezer for a few hours.
Once frozen, gently chip off the wax using a wooden or plastic utensil.
• Alternatively, you can pour warm water into the holder to soften the wax, then wipe it away with a cloth.
